VOW welcomes referrals from organizations and individuals who know of women or girls in need. VOW also welcomes additional suggestions to include to the ever-growing list of resources below. Exit safety plans are important for women and girls seeking safety from an abusive, dangerous, or life-threatening relationship and/or situation. Each VOW Issue page provides safety information for victims including rescue plans and first aid. When devising your exit plan, keep it private, share only with people you trust, cover your tracks as best as possible to erase any evidence of your intention to escape, and consider using the safety protocols listed below.
